Hei Whakapiki Mauri has always been a whānau that brings together tangata whaikaha Māori me ō rātou whānau to be Māori first, and to raise the mauri of everyone.

Founded in 2016 by Ruth Jones and Gary Williams, Hei Whakapiki Mauri started as a Whānau Ora entity sitting under Ruth and Gary’s business, and in 2023, became a registered Charitable Trust.
